As communities begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Biltmore Tutoring would like to share with you the steps we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our students and employees. Both of those things have always been our top priority.
We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization, the Buncombe County Department of Health and Human Services, and other applicable public health agencies, we’ve developed contingency plans and are taking the proper recommended precautions.
In addition to the nightly cleaning crew that thoroughly
cleans the office and all surfaces with disinfectant, we have added extra
sanitation measures including twice-daily disinfecting of surfaces. Every
mouse, every keyboard, everything is getting wiped down. We are encouraging
frequent hand washing, we have hand sanitizer readily available, and any tutor
who is feeling ‘under the weather’ in any way will not interact with a student.
We realize that you depend on us. We are completely committed to serving our students,
particularly during this time when classes may be moving towards ‘online
learning’ and they will need extra support. Biltmore Tutoring’s mission is
simple, yet powerful: Provide outstanding, top-notch learning services while
providing for the health and safety of our employees and students.
